«Friends and family»

Main advantages:

  • monthly — 1000 minutes for conmmunication with Kyivstar subscribers;
  • cost of one minute above free minutes — UAH 0,45;
  • without set-up fee.

«Unlimited»

Main advantages:

  • VIP-service via phone — 24 hours-a-day.
  • «Silver number» — free-of-charge when connecting via Customer care centers.
  • up to 4500 minutes for calls in any direction;
  • many additional services (SMS, MMS, GPRS, WAP).

New unlimited tariff plans

  • Wholesale prices for all volume of mobile services;
  • Possibility of a choice of the unlimited tariff with the necessary amount of services: up to 2500 MB of Inernet, 50 minutes for calls abroad, 300 SMS and 300 MMS;
  • The VIP service by phone — round the clock;
  • Silver number — free connection for «Unlimited VIP» tariff plan users.

International calls tariffs

Additional information:

Cost of sending SMS abroad will change to UAH 1,00 (including; additional Pension fund fee is charged (7.5% of service cost excluding VAT)).

MMS-sending to numbers of foreign operators is 5,00 UAH.

Call set-up fee is imposed on all calls that are longer than 2 seconds, and also incoming calls in roaming.

Redirected calls are charged according to the tariffs of outgoing call, depending on the call direction.

Incoming calls from any numbers within Kyivstar network — are free of charge.

Maximal call duration for contract subscribers — is 7200 seconds ±5%.

Tariffication principle is per 1 second starting from 2 second. Call set-up fee is charged for all international outgoing calls acording to tariff plan of subscriber. All rates are indicated in UAH (7.5% of service cost excluding VAT).
